MY PROGRESS! 195lbs!

Here is a pic i just now took.. i will get better ones taken next week.

i am ab 5'7, 195lbs in the morn and 197lbs at night...

I am ab 4 1/2 wks in on a Test PROP and Tren A cycle... i started out at 176lbs the day of the first injection. About a 20lb gain... i think my gain have been great because of my diet...

I have no pump here at all ... today was leg day...

you look pretty stacked bro. wish I looked that big haha, I've got 20 lbs on you, but I'm 6'1 so I don't look near as big as you do. looks like your quads are pretty big too.

Looking pretty thick man.Traps look good too.If you want to gain up to 220 you might wanna watch out for too much bodyfat esp around your waist.You have gained there already.Thats a helluva goal to compete at 198.I bulk to 210-215 around 12% bf but still compete around 175 or so!Keep pushing bro!

Im gonna get to 220lbs with the same BF or less. I am ALOT leaner then i look in the pic... im really vascular still... lol

You are right i have gained a lil BF in my stomach area cuz i gain fat there first...my legs are even still vascular tho,... im not gonna put on anymore BF tho!
