Going to diff. try and get better pics. I try to stay lean, even in a bulking cycle I dont like for my bf to get to out of control. Seems as I get older bf is harder to drop. Thanks for comp. on the upper back. Lower back harder for me due to a hip & knee injury.lol

yeah need a better veiw but to me it looks like you have a good thick back especially upper back and traps.Lower back has some catching up to do.

Looks good from what I'm seeing here. I'd work on the width of your lats and your lower back. Do you deadlift? Also, lets see the front and some wheel shots.

Thanks bro, I'm getting back into deadlifts slow because of the hip and knee injury. I've been doing rack pulls instead. I'll get some frt shots. Wheels not up to par right now lol.

you have some serious depth in your upper traps,and upper middle back.. looks a bit like your biceps and triceps need to catch up , but it could just be that your arms are not brought up high enough, more pics are need for that assessment though,

I have my best growth in the mid and upper back, seems like for me I can concentrate those areas the best. Arms arent as small as they look(16 1/4) but most diff. need alot of work. I'll be putting more pics up of arms & frt.
