In the Summer I went on holiday for 6 weeks which set me back a long way in terms of muscle. The first picture is only 3 weeks into my holiday and the second was last week.
I will get a friend to take some of different poses but for now; criticism?

Stick to compound movements and a solid bulk diet. Refer to the bulking primer for tips and we can tweak your diet here if you'd like. You've got the foundation of someone that could put on some good muscle mass with good symmetry.
