Ok haven't been on the forums in a while, but didn't leave the gym. Tell me what you think. Thinking about cutting now should I ? Sorry about the poor pic was a cell phone. Been hitting the gym a little less than normal since my girl is 5 months along and glad to report no problems this time. Had to move this made a mistake on another post lol

I weight 291 now on a 1600 cal diet eating 5 times a day.
cardio 3 times a day mma routine boxing, muay Thai, win chun i guess just kinda getting back to my JKD roots. I added the this to cardio because I hate and I mean hate cardio machines and just jogging so boring.

Now some how I gained lol. I lost inches in waist but gain in chest. arms, back and shoulders. Don't get me wrong I kinda like it but I was trying to cut lol

O and I think I see a ab line lol or maybe its the phone cam messing up lol
Ok enough talk what you guys think

Looks like a great time to cut. Your only consuming 1600 cals a day and your participating in all those varies sports? I'd say at least 2400 would be suitable.

usually I like to recommend 15calsxLEAN BODY MASS
so say your at 290 and you are 250 LBM x 15 cals = 3750 calories
Id say stay in the range of 3000 calories.

Dude I was weighing 191 and eating 2,000 kcal a day and losing weight over the summer when I was preparing for a bodybuilding show. Starting that low in kcal is a recipe for disaster. I would start off closer to 3,000 kcal and see how you do.

haha your a big man, eating that amount of food would likely see you shrivel up and dissapear! i wouldnt worry to much about the food as long as it good and not excessive, just train hard keep a fair emount of cardio up and you will see the mucle start to show through more

O god everyone was right. I was starving just was kinda scared to say it. LOL sounded like a fat thing to say. Yea I up cals to 3000. Thank God!!! I was running off of redbull for energy and was crash hard. Anyway back to working out and eating lol
