Ok haven't been on the forums in a while, but didn't leave the gym. Tell me what you think. Thinking about cutting now should I ? Sorry about the poor pic was a cell phone. Been hitting the gym a little less than normal since my girl is 5 months along and glad to report no problems this time. Had to move this made a mistake on another post lol
I weight 291 now on a 1600 cal diet eating 5 times a day.
cardio 3 times a day mma routine boxing, muay Thai, win chun i guess just kinda getting back to my JKD roots. I added the this to cardio because I hate and I mean hate cardio machines and just jogging so boring.
Now some how I gained lol. I lost inches in waist but gain in chest. arms, back and shoulders. Don't get me wrong I kinda like it but I was trying to cut lol
O and I think I see a ab line lol or maybe its the phone cam messing up lol
