Biceps and traps are best looking muscles so far. I'd work on bringing up forearms, triceps and upper chest and you'll be looking like a little hulk in no time.

thx for the comments guys and ragen i try to bring up my upper chest but it doesnt work so great idk y i incline only 145 for reps whereas i flat 175 for reps

That's just natural, it's harder since it's a lot more shoulder, just keep up incline in the routine, Keep the angle around 30 degrees. Do you have a routine and workout log yet?

Oh for sure, first step in getting serious is posting logs and tracking your diet, after you post your workout routine and diet all the members can help point you in the right direction.

I've got tons of great suggestions from members, and looking back over time you see the improvements. In my log on some of my lifts I have doubled my lifting weight in under a year. A lot of the progress I have to give credit to members challenging me to try more.

The main thing is the encouragement and challenges and feed back you get from the board members. Plus it's a good motivation saying you're going to try for more and having that in the back of your head that the members are counting on you to step up your maxes and personal bests and report in the results.

There are a lot of teens on here that are pretty serious, look to make a lot of member friends and you'll be on your way.

oh rite mate, emm your traps are developing well mate and your biceps also appear to be peaking quite well.

you just need to work on over all size but it will come with time:)
