*Current Goals*
-Clean bulk to 210, possibly higher

Thanks bro! Yeah they're cut up but need some mass on em. Guess it's a genetic thing. The guy I've been training some with at the new gym has legs built similar to mine and he's been training and competing for a while. Never had a 55 year old show me up so bad lol.

work on the hamstrings dude. Your quads look good, but they're overtaking your hams. That and if you keep your hams bigger, your calves will look better and catch up as well.

Anytime man. Also, in regards to posing, go look at the thread in the contest prep section. Your lines are looking good while posing, but they could be tweaked a tad to help bring those lines out better with a little aesthetics work as well. I assure you you'll see a difference

As always, you look great, just giving a lil advice. Take it for what u will :)

Thanks bro! Yeah I've been wanting to get poses down right. Never been shown just watched vids of shows and stuff.
