Well yeah all those calves shown above are around 23 inches with 3 or 4% BF. If they were measured in the off season they'd easily measure out 25.

Yeah Thats why I added the ANIMAL ad one in there. There freaking HUGE!!!!! And with the high bf his veins are still bulging. He had a gifted set of wheels for sure
