no doubt, that guy is short and he has very good definition. but as every body can see his chest needs work. Thats the problem with some peoples genetics. some people are big all over, and others are cursed with the one body part that just wont grow, or worst, it laggs so far behind that its almost impossable to fix. for example- we all know priest wont have a chest like coleman! and thats just something he'll live with. out of all the bodybuilders i think lee has the best midsection. it looks like steel plates instead of abdominal muscles. the man is incredible and has the freakiest physique i have seen.

In one of his videos, I believe it was "Another Blonde Myth", he says that masturbating should suffice! LOL, he honestly says that!

He actually worked out his forearms by using palm up wrist curls with dumbells. That guy has crazy forearm development, not to mention the vascularity! Talk about popeye!
