Here's my back after a month of training (4 weeks).



And here's it after 14 weeks.






I'm happy with my progress so far.

Thoughts? I think my rear delts need more attention? And some more lower back?

Obviously I still need overall thickness.

Have you been hittin them Deadlifts.. if so I can certainly tell! I would say work on the horseshoe of your triceps. But the back is in great condition keep it up.

Yup. I deadlift every week. Thanks a lot for the reply.

I've been having issues with my triceps. Horseshoe? How do I concentrate more on that?

If you have a very developed tricep it appears in the shape of a horse shoe. Push downs, ropes concentrate on shape and definition.

Well I'm finally strong enough to do dips post-chest, so I've been doing them for 2 weeks and they're feeling great.
