Hey guys just took 3 quick pictures, been bodybuilding for like 4 weeks in total, just took 3 quick pics, nothing special, critique if you like.., I've only been bench pressing, curling and deadlifting since my local gym's closed since the council cant afford it, bt I'll be joining a new one soon.. then I'll be able to work my body properly, anyways yeah whatever lol...







Gunna start cutting in about a week.. anyways I know Im small but just 4 weeks into bb'ing.. so Im sure I'll get bigger, update again in about a month or two which should give me plenty of time to put on mass and get more ripped when I cut..,

Looking good, focus on compound movements like you've been doing to add on some serious mass. That's good your still trying even though your gym is down, good dedication.

agree with freak and kaboom, hard to tell in the 3 pics, but i doubt your bodyfat is too high, would not worry right now and bulk. focus on compounds and eat, and eat, and then eat some more.

@HawaiianPride, thank you and yes I will focus on compound movements to gain as much mass as I can, yeah it sucks my gym's down.. the sort of good news is that they might rebuild and re-open in about 1-2 years.

@Freak, thanks, I will bulk I know I really need to pack on good solid mass and get a solid frame.

@Kaboom, yes after thinking about it you guys are right definitely going to bulk for atleast 12 more weeks.

@I've still got to check my bodyfat, but yeah Im gunna eat, eat, eat.. and eat some more lol, thanks.
