I think your would be best served to cut and get <10%. Looks like you have a good base.

Yep looks like you have a good beginning and potential for being a good size.
I would lift heavy & keep reps between 8-12 reps but like freak said cut.Do a cutting diet.Try to lean out a little to see exactly what you have and what you are starting with.

Don't go over 12 reps unless you're training specifically for endurance. It's a myth that higher reps burns more body fat.

Theres no way i can say how big you are capable of getting. It depends on your dedication, your genes, your diet and many other factors.
Just have to get to work and see lol.

You wont never be comaparable with the likes of Coleman, yates or any of the others without years and years of use of gear.

It looks as though you are playing the ball too far back in your stance with your iron shots.. You also seem to be hunched over a litte too much. I'd stand more erect and get a firm V in your arms... wait.. what? ooooooooooh this is bodybuilding picture. my bad.

lol wow you guys are gone! That was good for a laugh!
Yeah brotha, I think you have a good foundation to build some muscle on.
If you put together a solid diet and a training routine your in buisness.
Something I want to say if your a beginner is try keeping everytyhing written down in a log. Its so much easier to count g's of protien and fat. And its a good way to track your progress with weights. Just a suggestion but I think it helped me alot when I started so I still do it today.
Definitely cut, check out some other threads in here about nutrition

one thing to remember is REST!! Working out more is not always the solution, allow for proper rest becuase that is when the growing takes place, and proper diet is the key to success, without it its like 2 steps forward one step back.

Try tackling some other golfers--that would make the game of golf more exciting.

OK, sorry for the kidding. I think some of the other guys have already given you some pretty good training advice. Looks like you could be pretty big with some hard (and smart) training.
