oh almost forgot, whats the best exersizes for adding thickness through the chest and back, bench and rows? heres my training plan,
Day 1- Chest, Tris, Abs
Day 2- Back, Bi's
Day 3- Off, Calves,Abs
Day 4- Shoulders, Traps
Day 5- Quads, Hams, Abs
Day 6- Off, Calves
Day 7- Off, Calves, Abs
* Sets- 1 warmup 3 work sets per
* Reps- 6-8 Heavy, Thats how i Roll,lol
Any suggestions?
