that low really? cool, i can easily maintain this conditioning on a pretty harsh bulk, maybe add 1 or 2 percent easy, gonna try to make it to 175 then increase my goal from there, but for now thats where im headed.

oh almost forgot, whats the best exersizes for adding thickness through the chest and back, bench and rows? heres my training plan,
Day 1- Chest, Tris, Abs
Day 2- Back, Bi's
Day 3- Off, Calves,Abs
Day 4- Shoulders, Traps
Day 5- Quads, Hams, Abs
Day 6- Off, Calves
Day 7- Off, Calves, Abs
* Sets- 1 warmup 3 work sets per
* Reps- 6-8 Heavy, Thats how i Roll,lol
Any suggestions?

ok thanks, Chest is hard to grow fro me, i have been told that rows are the best thing for overall thickness, so for back im thinkin,
Barbell rows, Dumbell Rows, Seated Rows, Deads, Chin-ups, Pull downs and maybe some T-Bar Rows.

Do pull-ups instead of chin-ups. Chin ups tend to work your biceps more. Pull-ups will hit your back.

Good base to start from. Its hard being tall and big, believe me I know I am 6'0 205 and guys that are 5'8 165lbs look bigger than me damnt,lol. Just keep eating big, lifting big.

Ya i know what you meen man, lol only think about being skinny is there is nowhere to go but up,lol and everyone seems to notice when i put on weight becasue there not use to seeing me bigger then 160.

Super lean! Focus on compound movements for that thickness you desire. Squat, Deads, Bench are the ultimate in mass building. Like said above, BF looks between 6 to 7. Keep up the hard work bro.

Thanks man, just trying to get back into it at the moment, closest gym is about 30 min away and i work all nights so its hard right now, i know excuses,lol but i plan on moving to a new job soon which will alow me to get a little more situated and consistant with me training and diet. i was going to do an ameture show here in Nov but i dont think im gonna bother, dunno if i can get in shape in time.. my freind is doing it so we were gonna do it together but i'd have to put on at least 10-15lbs of solid muscle, esp in the legs and back in order to be comfortable competing. thanks for the reply

Agree your bf is 6%-ish - great guns!

considering summer is about to finish (at least northern hemisphere) and you are going to wear more clothes if you want to grow, you may want to slip back to 10% bf which leaves you some room for bulking and if you follow the great advice already given above additional cals will help you develop more lean mass.

thanks, its kinda hard for me to even get to 10%lol let alone slip,lol but i aggree with what your saying, Gonna try to get some weight on to at least look like i workout with cloths on,lol
