Well since my camera broke a few months ago I finally managed to get a hold of another one! Here's what were working with so far..












I realize I'm lacking thickness in all areas of my body, which is what Im focusing on bringing up more. The legs are probably my weakest point and need attention badly which is why I just recently changed routines to fitting in two legs days a week now. We'll see how they react in a few months. I also notice I need more width to my lats. Please critique and let me know your guys opinions!

Dude you look solid, the definition is insanee bro. I'd say just hit up the deadlifts, short racks, good mornings?? maybe? those really made my thickness alot better. Keep it up man
