he was very cool.He critiqued me.Told me I was lookin good & should do great in my next show if i maintain my muscle.Made me take my shirt off lol.Said my shoulders were my best asset.
Gave me some other pointers too

yeah it did . For him to spend a few minutes with me like that.What surprised me the most is after he got through guest posing he sat beside me to tell me a "couple things he forgot to mention"
It made my day bro!!

Nice, I always got the vibe that he would be a decent guy. I met Ronnie Coleman last weekend and he seemed cool, but kind of detached, probably just burnt out from meeting too many people

We went down to Norfolk VA for the Lenda Murray show. It was a pretty good show and Ronnie did some guest posing.. That man is LARGE off season.. haha
