Haha thanks thats my old routine by the way now i only do cardio on my days off, and do a 5 day split.
1.Legs
2.Shoulder, Tri, Abs.
3.Back,Bi
4.-Rest- Cardio
5.Chest,Tri
6.Back,Bi
7.-Rest- Cardio
