Me squatting

What the hey, inspired by kenny, here's a video of a recent PR of mine. Not the biggest squat in the world, but hey, I'm getting closer to 5 plates a side so I'm happy.

It's not a good angle to judge depth from, but I'm confident I made parallel.

Form was great Mabo.. Yeah you where parallel for sure.. You have the weight as 205 x 1 rep.. Looks like more than 205 bro.. Looks to me like 4-45 lbs'er on each side with a 35 & a 10 also.. .

I watched your other video also. I'm glad to finally see somebody keep the bar as low as I do (I'm referring to your other video by the way) :)

3. I train alone

If you wanna drive down here and video me and let me put you through a hellacious workout, then more power to ya, but unless something of the sort happens with anyone I know you guys won't be seeing anything I do anytime soon.

Thanks guys. Yep, it's 205kgs. 4x20kg, 1x10kg and 1x2.5kg plate per side.

Other video I didn't even know I was being filmed, it's in my garage.

Yeah I keep the bar fairly low, just a matter of comfort for me. Can be difficult times like now when I haven't been training much - rear delts are pretty small atm and the bar has a tendency to slide down. That set, for instance, I was probably good for a couple more reps but lost control of the bar.
