Hey man - terrible pics but you look good! great base to work with - especially at 16 and nice V taper goin on! Great BF too - you look lean enough that you could bulk and not get fat.

I'd say work on the big compound exercises - bench press, squats, deads, etc. Do a **** load of pull ups - great for further developing the lats & back, I'd suggest DB bench press at a slight incline for the chest and go as heavy as you can (safely). Also some pec deck flyes will develop a nioce cut for you. Dips are great and will def help your tis. Make a 7 day plan with a split - and stick to it for 6 weeks. Make sure you get 2 days rest in there. And of course the diet - try to stay away from too much sugar or simple carbs - go for the brown rice & oatmeal - sweeten the oatmeal with Stevia or splenda.

You're in a great place dude! Go for it!

weight is simply a measure of everything that makes up your body mass. It will change depending on ur hydration status, food eaten over the lasts few days, age, height, and most of all body composition.

Your body composition can change relatively easy, especially at your age so i would worry about it too much. If you find on a bulk you are getting heavier really fast its probably because you are gaining a lot of fat as well as muslce. Keep the bulk relatively clean and you should be fine.

Great answer F-111! The variables will include what typ of protein & carbs your are injesting, how much salt is in your food (water retention), any drugs or supps you are taking (creatine for example), among other things.
