before this i was dirty bulking.
ill start off with the pics when i was dirty bulking and eating pretty much anything.

cleaned up my diet ALOT
and this is how i look as of today.

i feel much better and i did get leaner.
ill continue eating clean.

yea i definately leaned out a bit from the first 2 pics
im 6 foot around 240 pounds natural.

i feel much much better like this and i still wouldnt call myself lean but leaner and ill keep getting leaner from here on.

probably not alot lol
