Nah i can't keep bulking. I'm done with it for now. I'm feeling fat as **** and want to cut down for the summer. After the summer ill probably bulk to like 220lbs super clean or something and really pack on a shedload of mass but for now I'm afraid i need to cut.

I remember the first pics you put up here and you've come a way's...but there's still work to be done no doubt. First off, you really don't look like your carrying too much fat. That being said, I wouldn't plan on doing a full out "cut". Just bring in some more cardio and mabey lower the carbs a bit, that should tone you up just fine; no need for anything major.

The major things I think need improving would be your shoulders. Once you get some muscle mass going on there, your arms and traps will look better because there will be definition between the three of them. Other than that, hit the chest hard with some flys from all angles. And keep squating and deadlifting heavy with lots of mind-muscle focus, give that back some width. Good luck man, be patient, you'll get there.

If you do a cut you will dissappear bro lol.Im kidding but you need to focus on a semi clean bulk and just do basic exercises and lift heavy.

Gotta eat big to get big.!!!

I'd for sure keep bulking. you're not looking fat at all. not one bit. Seeing as you're 6 foot, anything under 180 lbs is going to make you look skinny. keep bulking. bulking for life!

My routine in the gym is good and my diet is better.

6 meals a day. protein and carbs in all of them. Meals around 3 hours apart. No cheat meals atall or unnecessary foods. Plenty of brown rice, sweet potatoes, cottage cheese, chicken breast, veg, tuna and steaks!

you gotta be more specific than that bro.Everybody thinks there diet and workout is great but most are wrong.we wont be able to help you as good if you dont write down specifics.
I didnt see your before pics but someone said you have made good progress so maybe youre doing something right but we wont know until you post everything. Then we can really tweak your diet and workout and soon youll be as big as Kamal(qqqwww)

Your stats say your bench and deadlift is with dumbells 80kgs on both. Any reason in particular for the bd's? Just never seen someone train deadlifts with dbs.

My gym doesn't have any bars apart from a smiths machine. So the best and heaviest i can go is with 40kg DB's.

Are DB's ok for deadlifts?

My routine is.....

Mon: Chest, triceps
Tuesday: Back, biceps
Wednesday: Shoulders, forearms
Thursday: off
Friday: Legs
Saturday: Repeat tuesday (training to up my back)
Sunday: off
