Well guys I finally made it, 200 lbs. I had no idea I looked so friggen fat.... look at how fat I am holy ****, I look like a beached whale. I'm officially a fat kid lol. Yeah my diet wasn't the most strict, but I trained my ass off every gym day. Very weird after being such a skinny kid for my whole life, to being this gigantic tub of lard. Hopefully there is some muscle under of all that disgusting fat. Anyway, what's done it done and it time to burn all that **** off. Enjoy the fat pics.

Stats
Age: 21
Height: 5'10"
Weight: 200.4 lbs
Bench: 205 lbs for 8 reps
Deadlift: 335 lbs for 8 reps
Squat: 365 lbs for 8 reps

The order is....

[151 lbs in Oct 2007] ......[171 lbs in April 2008]...... [183 lbs in Nov 2008]...... [200 lbs in Feb 2009]

Nah my body has def hit a hard plateau, and its time for me to cut down. Also i want to prove to myself that i can slim my stomach back down to what it used to be

I'm sorry I wasn't being funny at all. I was being completely serious. I myself was trying to get to 200 with Bbdude back when I first joined. Then I got injured and had elbow surgery.. It's a great accomplishment to hit 200 lbs..

Yes it is.. it may not look like a hard task for some, but growing up as I did and how skinny I was, it will be a dream come true if I ever make it to 200lbs. Its great at first because you shock your body with all the clean food and cardio, so at first you lose the fat fast, but after the first few months is when your dedication really shows because the fat loss slows down a lot. I think you looked your best at 20% in Nov 2008 though.

Hey dude;

First off I wouldn't say fat - I'd say thick, bro! you def added a lot of bulk - good job! You really look HUGE! grats man. When you do your cut, make sure you maintain your protein & complex carbs to be sure you loose the fat not the muscle. Do cardio 4-5 days a week - you be lookin AWSOME by summer! way to go!
