Will work on that area, thanks. Yeah, chest used to be a strong point for me but then everything else caught up and now it's behind, lol. I actually have pretty good traps but the angles of these pics don't do them any justice.

I wrestled for 10 years... I was a big weight cutter but when I look back on it I would have ate better foods and more food than I did and I would have did alot more cardio to stay lean and build endurance rather than losing 5 lbs of water weight before weigh-ins... lol |
At certification, I think I was 7.8% bf. Haha, I never need to cut weight, usually just a pound or two but I'm almost always on weight.
