Here are some new pics.
Keep in mind I only worked out a little more than 5 times this season because of wrestling. So to me, I accomplished my goal of maintaining my physique for the most part. I still don't know how I maintained some of it considering I was barely eating to make weight for wrestling, I lifted weights like 1-2 times a month, and with all that running and cardio I should have lost a lot.
My legs have lost a significant amount of muscle so I'm not going to post pics of them.

Only thing I can say is hit the chest a little more but other then that I would say, pound for pound you might be one of the better physiques imo.

you have good definition.

have you checked your bf% recently?

I wrestled for 10 years... I was a big weight cutter but when I look back on it I would have ate better foods and more food than I did and I would have did alot more cardio to stay lean and build endurance rather than losing 5 lbs of water weight before weigh-ins... lol

Will work on that area, thanks. Yeah, chest used to be a strong point for me but then everything else caught up and now it's behind, lol. I actually have pretty good traps but the angles of these pics don't do them any justice.

At certification, I think I was 7.8% bf. Haha, I never need to cut weight, usually just a pound or two but I'm almost always on weight.

My training consists of half powerlifting and olympic lifting and half bodybuilding.

To freak, I don't think I'm complete enough to compete yet. I still need bring up very lagging weak points and I want more size before I compete.

To App, I'm not really strong at all. I'm pretty strong for my body weight, though. Besides that, I just have average strength.

Oh, and what's your routine like Islander? I want to compare it to mine.

Hitch a ride with KM to Wilmington for the June 13th OCB show. I say if you come to this show as a spectator you'll be mad that you aren't standing on stage with the rest of us. Muscle mass is only 1 criteria of judging.

To UnitedAndDivine, if I do compete sometime, my goal would be to compete at a ripped 150-160 pounds. I have thought about competing a lot, but I always feel like I'll be outsized the second I step on the stage. I'm like one of those guys that look good in pictures because I'm not standing next to someone else.
