He's got great symetry, definition (obviously hes not as cut as modern bbders but if he dieted down), hes huge but without being too big as some of todays bbders are imo and all bodyparts seem to be in proportion.

i dont think his waste is too wide at all bro, i mean look at ronnie, markus, and jay... and u have to take into consideration the fact that his body fat is not as low as it would need to be and u know that he is holding a bunch of water around his waste and lower back because of all the test he uses.. u know those powerlifters dont worry about bloat and water retention so they wouldnt be using anti E's for anything but PCT if they ever come off the stuff... but if he started lifting more like a bodybuilder and not worry aout weight so much and trimed up to about 3-5% bodyfat i think he could def go somewhere... i just dont think he gives a **** lol

You guys have to take into consideration that Jay is a muscletech athlete... His waist is def wide compared to the up and coming guys who are taking more and more of the shows. Look at Dex, Victor, Wolf, Freeman, and Heath. All small waists. His is much wider... I'm not saying he doesn't have a great body, but his waist is like that of the old days almost, not the new competitors.

I think he is around 8-11 percent, if I remember correctly in an interview he once had. So really if he dropped to 2-3 he could definitely pull off a BB physique.

Just look at how big his lats are in that first picture. Keep in mind mariuz weighs in at over 300 lbs. If he cut down he would definately be someone to compete with
