there alrite...my max atg squat is 415 for 1 rep....i usually work with 315...i have small calves...but i definately work my legs...and my max deadlift is 500.

well i dont wanna rush things..so im gonna keep doing what im doing..cause it has worked for me...i kno im not the "leanest" dude there is but in time a cut can fix this quickly....im the type of person who can gain fat/weight really easily and also loose everything as quick as i gained it..i learned that once before..big mistake.

i havent weighed myself ...last time i checked i was 225 around 6 months ago..and i was much smaller...so im gonna say 245-250......i dont follow adiet...i do count protein making sure i get in around 300-350 grams a day....if not more...i do eat alot of food but im not really worried about much...my good freind cardio and his cousin low carb can take care of all that way later down the road...thanks bro.

something like that....i usually go by mirror only...say if im looking a little to chubby..ill hit up the cardio..i would never let myself just turn into a fat mass...but im cool with the whole bulky look with some fat look ...but like i said...nothing my good freind cardio and his cousin low carb cant fix lol

haha your actually right those pictures dont do me justice..in person i actually look more defined then in those pics.....as far as my training...its pretty crazy actually..im on a 6 day split....mon-chest-tue-back-wed-legs-thur-shoulders-fri-arms-sat is deadlift day and i also do forearms calfs.

I hear ya man, and yea I'd say for someone 6' you def. look like you're sitting in the 240-250 range. You've got a look I'm aiming for with my bulk. And you're right, no worries about putting on a few extra lbs cause a little diet change and cardio can fix that up. Just curious but are you more of a dirty bulker or most clean bulker? Oh yea and I wasn't saying "Do ya just eat as much as ya can?" like it was a bad thing!! Gotta eat big to get big

well bro im not gonna give u some bull**** here...ill list just a few things i ate today....5 hot dogs with buns....a slice of apple crisp cake...and i just ate about 10 gummi worms LOL ....i mean....i noticed if i keep my protein high my gains arent even that sloppy if i eat like ****....now im not saying i eat like that all the time...but it does happen often...thats obviously not all i ate all day though...i had clean foods to like natty pb on whole wheat toast...eggs...food like that. hahah i edited this **** like 10 times..lol...basically..im a dirty clean eater..i dont eat clean all the time but i dont eat dirty all the time.

well bro...just remember what works for me..or for another person may not be good for you at all...give everything a try though to get to know your body...beleive it or not...i used to be skinny as ****...im the type of person that can loose weight really quick or gain weight really quick...

looking thick bro, arms are what 19's? and i hear ya on the weight thing thats how i am, except ive done a one cycle so far. I gain weight like crazy but i can also loose it pretty fast. i pout on 68 lbs naturally in a little less than a year, but if i get sick for a week, 10-12 lbs gone like that and i get weak haha. Keep up the hard work.
