Don't mean to be picky but Britain is:
England + Scotland + Wales + Northern Ireland together.
England is just England.

We like to use the best sports people from other countries when it suits us - if a Welshman loses in sport then he's Welsh but if a Welshman wins something then he's British (like Gary Taylor when he won The World's Strongest Man title in '93).

If the judges were ignorant they would have given Flex wheeler 1st place because he clearly out-conditioned Ronnie. Ronnie shouldn't even attempt ab + thigh poses its just too painful to look at.

But they couldn't give Flex 1st, it's just too obvious that he was pumped full of synthol, his arms look rediculous!

YEa flex was absoloutley redicilous in that conest. His arms wer CRAZY. Thats the perfect condition and size for me if i reached that i could never pick up a weight in my life again and be happy. Seriously.

IMO .. this is what a BBing stage should be .. a simple Black Back Ground with a white and good spotlight .. this will allow the competiter to show thier physique cleary to the judges

I would say that is definitely the best competition i ever saw. Those guys were and some still are the best of the best and they were all in their near greatest conditioning. The dramatic lighting probably helped too. But i have never seen a competition as stacked.
