Ive been playing since 3 lol and yea my legs are pathetic, although im more focused on soccer than hypertrophy so it doesnt bother me. Its because in the uk we play year round and only have 3-4 weeks max off. And even then well be doing pre-season lol unlike here where you play 3 months a year.
What level do you play at or do you just play for fun?
