i honestly think jay looks way better than people give him credit for, except for this year at the O he looked like ass and in no way deserved 2nd... i think he looks twice as good 9wks out than he did at the show and when i saw those picks on FLEX i thought dex had a serious run for his money... when i saw the prejudging pics i laughed, it was dex's show all the way... why doesnt he just accept the fact that the bigger he gets the worse he looks and try and get back to where he was in 2001 or smaller IMO

he looked like **** the last couple of years, i liked him better back in early 2000 2001 when he was smaller. now he is too blocky and cant get good conditioning.

he did once upon a time bro, but i think that up until 2001 he looked very good... after that he lost it... look at pictures of him when he was a teen, u can see the potential

I must say I've been a fan of Jay for a while but this year he hasn't looked good and I totally agree with mitbar he needs to stop thinking he has to be massive and work more on getting the conditioning spot on.

i highly doubt he was natty, i mean one for the way he looked at that age and how quickly he came onto the seen... he started training when he was 19, and won nationals that year.... i think that was also the year he started using.... i think branch still looked natty back then but doubtful none the less....i pretty sure all the pros started early on, even in their teens... even dex, he saw his bro come back from boot camp ripped and decided to start lifting, that year he won his first contest... they all jumped on right away

kai greene was natural for a while and was the top teen natural and almost made it ifbb pro naturally... he has some crazy genetics.

to go so far to say he never had symmetry is too much bro... he did used to look good, he just lost it after 2001.... you have to remember that he was trying to dethrone ronnie, and to do that he was going to have to be that big and he DID look better than ronnie when he beat him... no one any smaller than that was ever going to beat ronnie, period... i agree that he toook it too far after that and he DOES look like **** now... he needs to lose about 30lbs and he would be a tough contender

to say that he didnt look good here is absurd, this was his best year and he nailed his conditioning... he should have beaten ronnie that year

I may be contradicting myself because i dont know what year it was at the time in the video but here at 1:28 in this video jay looks pretty damn amazing. If he stays like this he'd be insane.

yea this year he did pu ton a lot of weight a few weeks before the O.. he looked dynamite 9wks out and then came into the show bloated as ****... theres not a diuretic in the world that can fix that

I agree Jay hasnt looked the best of late. I think he was just focussing all his efforts on getting bigger so he could beat Ronnie and forgot to make sure he still looks good
