Yeah the back is such an awesome body part lol, i think the hardest for me is shoulders because i'm trying to get that width, but my side laterals are so weak, its hard to focus them

Thanks a lot man! 193 not bad! I'm sure you'll get there in no time, then maybe later i'll join you in the 200 club lol. I'm thinking about competing maybe in the future, not sure yet... we'll see my progress in cutting lol and if i can shred down to like 5%
