for those not following my other thread ,i`m 41 and have done 1 cycle of a ph, other than that all natural, as you can see.. just thought i would post some pics here,see what everyone thinks,also i`m still cutting, wanting to get down to 7% bf, just under 9% now, down from 16% in sept. bodyweight was at 205 in sept. now bodyweight is 189. not competing just wanting to get this old body of mine down to a low bf%,and see my abs again..thanks for looking,

wow lookin huge bro, are u sure ur 9% you look a bit higher though it might be cuz ur older but usually at 9% u can see ur abs

yea, i`ve been loosing everywhere but my abs, but they have lost allot since sept.. was really soft today, holding water or some thing.. here is one from 2 weeks ago where it shows more definition in the abs, they are always the hardest for me to loose bf in..

thank you for your comments, yea i thought it strange the obliques are coming in , but after the last couple of days i shed allot of water retention, and the abs look much better than these current ones, i think i`m going to repost next week if the water issue is resolved, was really soft in the abs that day, anyway thanks again,

Man, I'm hoping that's what 8-9% looks like. I can definitely see a pretty good outline of abs and the obliques look very defined.
I've got a ways to go still (currently 13%), but I will be pleased if my abs look like that when I break 10%.

thanks man, i really appreciate the nice comments, just have patience with the diet bro, it will come, stay consistent with the diet and workouts and you will get there to, i came down from 16% in sept, to this now, and still loosing, want to shoot for 6-7%, good luck to you , stay strong and motivated

Damn, Mike! You've probably answered this before, but how long have you been training? Seeing all these 16 year olds doing awesome.. sometimes makes me feel like I started too late. But maybe I should start setting some 10 year goals and I won't feel so rushed.

umm i started when i was in high school, but that was just for football, than we never touched the weights again until next season, so i really dont count that, i got serious about the diet, supplements and training when i was 22 but took until i was 25 to start to train smart, all the gains in muscle are what i earned from the last 15 years, i`m the same size now as when i was at my peak in training, and i hit that when i was about 35-36, then i took a couple of years off, and now i`m back into it, thank god for muscle memory..
