some of you know i started two months ago, this is my progress and i know my physique is not nearly as good as most of you guys but thats ok it only motivates me more to hit the gym hard. i can accept hard critism because that the reason for posting pics

and yes i took pictures with a pink camera lol

Hey man - nice pics - you'll be glad you have these a year from now!

First off nice lean frame and stature - you have an excellent starting place! Biceps look good - like you are getting some good results already.
i agree w/ Rimmer - eat big and train hard - concentrate on the big full body exercises, deads, squats, bench, and some flyes to get some definition in your chest. biggest thing will be your diet - make sure you get 1-1.5gm of protein per # body weight!

Pretty much what these guys said, nice bicep peak. Work on size. You look a little uncomfortable posing, it seems that when you pose you flex one of your lats more than the other.

yea i had never done it before and it was a self timer so i had to hurry. haha but thanks.

You'll get used to it. Posing, being able to pose that is and to maintain a pose properly is a hard thing to get at first. But if you learn it then it will help to target muscles much easier.

I would suggest some BIG sessions in the gym to gain some size.. Chest and Legs, etc.. im sure you know what i mean.

But looking good, realli good basis.. and like mperk said.. you'll be real pleased you hav these a year or so down the line, thats the only reason mine are up!!

thanks guys, and yea man i know y what you mean, currently im supersetting on chest days to really tear em up
