Hello,i got a new pic i took yesterday,i'm still 16 and turning 17 in about a half year.

The picture is a little missleading,it looks like you can see my lower abs,which you cant,maybe its the light.

I got more pictures but my cable to the computer broke,so only 1 for now.

Start eating....lift hard and heavy...focus on the main compound movements to gain mass as quickly as possible:

1. Squats
2. Deadlifts
3. Bench press

Hit it hard mate.
