First off, I have not been training for 5-6 weeks, and ive been keeping 16-14 hour fasts everyday for a month, which has had a dramatic effect on my body. Its the 2nd week im back at it and this is how i look!

Again im not looking for the 'eat, eat' comments either cus thats what im doing!

Im 5'10, 155lbs and 17 years old

Start of with the wheels, couldnt take any front shots cus its pretty hard when your taking them yourself:

you have a pretty well balanced chest, but could use more size. I also think more shoulder mass would give you a better look too. In some pictures it looks like your triceps are more ahead of your biceps and the other way around, but I'd say more size and definition of the out head on your triceps. As for your legs in general need more size but your hamstrings look real good. Hit your calfs from every angle. If you get the chance throw up some back shots like a rear lat spread and back double bi. Keep training hard, and I hope what I've said has helped you in some way.

I'd say maybe a little more bi's and traps but other then that you're good to go imo. Or maybe more over all mass but that's your choice if you want to weigh more or not. If you're happy where you're at then just those two.

Yeah i need to work on my bicep peak and overall size too. I had surgery on my tounge the other day cus i bit it too hard! So its been really difficult to eat for the past few days. Once that heals, im back on my bulk diet.

**** that has to hurt. I know what if was like when I got mine pierced. It wasn't the piercing that sucked it was the week afterwards eating. Hell even biting your tongue sucks.

lol, seriously i bit my tongue so hard, that it grew extra tongue tissue because of all the trauma it caused, so i had like an extra minature tongue! so they chopped it off and stiched it up, and once the anesthetic wore off, i was screaming! My tongue swole up to twice its size and was purple and blue! lmao i got pics of my tongue too if you like lmao

looking good dude, you should hit up the squats and deadlifts heavy, thats how i gained mass, and when you squat keep your feet close to eachother with your toes pointing out just a bit, to build your sweep, good luck to you brother

you look awesome
definatly see some improvement.

ok critisizm

chest needs to be more balanced. you need to fill out your lower and outer chest more.

as many have said, you should try to increase mass in the delts. not just the width but all three heads. try doing high volume when you do your side laterals like giant sets or supersets. kill them ****ers. and heavy presses.

you should try to increase more quad size but even more so, your hamstrings. you need more drop to them.

triceps need to come up to match your biceps but you also need more arm size to match your chest and your back. try doing burnouts for biceps as well and going heavy on triceps if you aren't already.

from the back, you definatly need to improve your traps from the rear. one exersise that helps is the seated one arm rowns on the hammer machine. the angle allows you to contract your traps. close-grip seated cable rows help too. and rear barbell shrugs if you do them a certain way.

you need the rear delts to come out more on your lat spread. believe it or not, when i train rear delts, i'm doing anywhere from 10-30 reps. i use good form and i feel they grow better with higher reps. i really like the incline rear dumbbell laterals and reverse flies on the pec deck. try the reverse flies standing to get more leverage and allow you to use a little heavier weight. this might help your rear delts to fill out more.


you have a very lean physique and i admire how you stay lean and add muscle. it just proves that it can be done. you have amazing definitnon in your delts and chest.

you got a nice chest. especially inner and upper. back is wide.

nice abbs and very tight waist.

those back pics are older so i'm sure you've made some good improvements.

I tried your giant set laterals, and they kill, also tried the excercise where you lie on your side on an incline bench and do lateral raises, really good isolation. Ive benn doing push and DB presses to bring my delts up

A2G squatting all the way! also GHRs and SLDLs

I just got to see your back pics, I think definition in your lower back is what your really need. That sicks that you bit your tongue, that musta hurt so bad. Must hurt to even eat apple sauce, stickin to your diet even though you your tongue is all stiched up thats dedication. haha keep up the good work, keep us posted throughout your bulk.
