First off, I have not been training for 5-6 weeks, and ive been keeping 16-14 hour fasts everyday for a month, which has had a dramatic effect on my body. Its the 2nd week im back at it and this is how i look!
Again im not looking for the 'eat, eat' comments either cus thats what im doing!
