Got some new pics now.
Quads:

Left side triceps:

Right side triceps:

Side chest:

Front lat spread:

Most muscular: (this was hard to do because I had to stay upright so I couldn't really show off my traps here or else you wouldn't be able to see anything else because of the lighting)


I haven't been really gaining much but reasons why:
1. I'm doing wrestling this year so I have to maintain my weight or possibly cut, so no bulking.
2. I've been running REALLY low on food lately.
3. Only lift two days a week and I don't do a bodybuilding routine anymore. I made a wrestling routine to help me with that.

I'm really trying to focus on wrestling because I want to show a good impression for my first year and do my best. This is a sport I can actually do my best in. I'll return to bodybuilding once the season is over but I'll still be throwing up some pics here and there.

Thanks, bro. Appreciate the kind words.

^^ I plan on competing sometime next year hopefully. Still have many weak points that I have to work on and I need to learn more, too. But for now, it's break time. Got to concentrate on other things right now.

man with u cant afford food dont stress ur ripped as u got says ur 17 dont stress shouldnt be hard to find a good job when ur 18 even at a bar or sumthing then u can buy all the food u want and impress all the gurls u want when ur serving them drinks just keep doing what ur doing i looked bout same at 17 and i was happy

fukin hell ur triceps on the 3rd pic down with right arm looks amazing, fantastic work so far mate. good luck in the future wen u compete, defo gna be a force to be reconed with lol , nice quads aswell

Thanks. The picture shows a little bit of an illusion some how. My legs don't look as big as they do in that picture but whatever. The separation isn't an illusion, though.
Legs are taking forever to catch up to the rest of my body but they're slowly getting there. My calves are really lacking, too. Wish I had better calf genetics. Oh well.

thats weird most asian ppl i know have awesome calves. how long have u been training your legs? what was the time difference between working on up to lower time wise

Yeah, actually, most of my Asian friends have pretty good calves. I'm unlucky.
I've been training my legs on and off because of many ankle injuries. I've had 2 ankle fractures in the same year and several sprains. I'm finally rid of all injuries and have been training my legs almost consistently now for 2 months.

Hm, I've been training my chest since beginning of 06 I think? So that's almost 3 years of chest training. Then started training my arms about 6 months after so 2 years and 6 months arms training. Then I started a full bodybuilding routine including legs last year around February. So that's 1 year and 10 months for shoulders, back, legs, and calves. With injuries and such, I'd say about 1 year for leg training. I also didn't go all out on legs until September.
To make it simpler:
Chest-close to 3 years
Arms-about 2 years 6 months
Rest of my body-1 year and 10 months

I hope so. I actually have a feeling that my legs might become my strongest point sooner or later. They're growing pretty fast now that I'm working harder on them. Plus wrestling is getting them pretty cut up.

First of all (no homo) dude your looking great! That side tri shot is killer, your arm looks fantastic there. Lat spread is very impressive as always. Keep it up man and get those cooking classes, once you learn the basics you will be able to throw stuff together and make masterpieces....
