2.He has a busy schedule. Plays football and wrestles.
Saying "start eating" doesn't help anyone because anyone that should start eating, probably realizes it already. Don't need other people telling them to do so.
Can't just say that without knowing a person's situation and what's going on around them. Plus most teens can't get their hands on such amounts of food all the time.

I can't start bulking now cause I've got to keep dieting for wrestling, after wrestling season I'm aiming to get around 145, 150. After wrestling I'm guna hit the weight real hard.

I've been dieting for three weeks now losing a little less then a pound a week. trying to get down to 125 for wrestling. Once the season ends this year I'll be bulking and try to hit 155 - 160 next football season.

you need more definition in your back.

especially in the rear lat spread. maybe it's the angle though.

when you do back, try to "feel" the exersise working the muscle rather than just do the rows.

but i'll be able to tell better if you do the lat spread with your back facing the camera.

other than that, you have a good base bro. good proportions for the most part.

wrestling is cool man
i wrestled back in high school. it's a tough ass sport. just gives me butterflies thinking about the brutal training and worse, the actual matches.

i wrestled 112lbs and 119lbs in high school.
i'm 167lbs now.

you're way ahead of the game bro. way ahead!!!

when you bulk, eat plenty but eat the right kinds of food. don't get fat if you don't need to.

good luck whenever you start your bulk as well.

edit: from the looks of the rear double bicep, your lats don't seem very wide.

my secret is to add a little bit of momentum durring my rows and pulldowns to use a little more weight. not to the point where your form is bad though. just enough to feel it reeaaallly heavy but still also feel the muscle doing the work.

take it or leave it but that's how i got my back wide and thick.
