Go for the wide grip pullups when you start off your back workout. Do the FULL range of motion from hanging all the way down (straight arms) to chin at bar. You prolly will be able to do fewer of these with that range of motion but it will def widen your back.

give it time nate, they will respond, just keep hitting the pull-ups and wide grip lat pulldowns, get your mind set as to what you want them to look like and train with that goal in mind,, you got a great start going , and like all of us we all have at one point or another had to build on a weaker area, so thats good you see what you need to work on, i`ve seen plenty of guys that just wont work their weaker parts, account of well screw it they just wont grow.. hit them hard and watch them grow.. you`ll get there,

most people don't train back like they should. im not saying you aren't

just saying maybe my way of doing back might work. but i can't really explain it all. i would kinda have to be right there.

here are some more pictures, they're pretty identical though from the old ones. I'm actually lighter in these maybe around 125-130. But I have actually been getting stronger.

thanks man, they're a good tool to have wrestling for snap downs. trying to get a lot more explosive and quick. been doing different workouts to imitate what I do in matches.

Yeah, I'll start something like that up, too. I'm mostly just doing pulling movements and explosive movements for now. I'm not sure what other exercises I could do.
