im 19 n these are the first pics im posting ... i have a competition in a few weeks n im doin the teen class the only bad thing is its only 1 class so no matter the weight you are in the same class im currently 5'7 161 come competition i will be around 158... im doing the npc teen garden state classic n i am all natural.... tell me what u think

Man your legs just sealed the deal for me, looking ****in' brolic man. Maybe as you lean out the further into your cut, your quad separation will improve, same with the definition in your back. Good, solid tricep mass man, you are going to do very well. How heavy are ya man?

thankz alot bro..... right now im 5'7 161 n im hoping 2 drop 3-4lbs more so i will b around 157-158lbs..... i think if i only cut 3-4 lbs in the next 2 weeks it wont really effect the mass i have now n of course im going 2 loose alot of water bfore the show also

Dont worry about making changes now, just focus on practising posing and dropping some bodyfat.

good !! but man u need to pose properly ... because sometime if u r bigger than other compititors .. and u r not posing right .. u can lose it !!

as i see in those pics .. u need to work on it !

Take some pics of yourself in every pose and post them up. Just so we can see where you going wrong or where you can improve ect.
