Here are a few pics taken of me yesterday. Currently 225lbs. End of a bulk. Currently now, adding more cardio and stuff to lean out and tighten up a bit for the summer. I am not a bodybuilder nor plan on competing. Just personal hobby and goals.

awesome shoulder's , thick back, ( needs a little width added).

Your bulk looks to have been a clean one..

Are you looking for suggestions on what to concentrate on now? or just showing us pics?

Well I def. won't take any critiquing the wrong way. So feel free. I know my lower back could use some serious dead lifts and I could widen out my upper back some more. My chest is pretty wide and good I feel. Shoulders and traps are def big enough to make other things look smaller, haha. Basically I feel good where I am at, now it's just keep doing cardio to lower BF and see some serious abs pop out, and some vascularity. Don't really wanna gain too much more. Don't wanna have to buy all new clothes Any gains I make from hear on out will be all lean quality muscle gains. I did go from 208 to 225. Which is good. But making that much weight quality was hard and dedicated work. Now it's just slight tweaks and changes to slowly and surely gains just lean muscle and keep and tight physique.

You definately have the mind set and you have goals good for you.

Yeah I would suggest deads, widen the back a little you should be good to go

Last year at this time I was about 195 lean, then during the fall/winter I was about anywhere from 205-212. Then got solid and leaned out towards beggining of March. Then hit the bulk from March-June. Went from 208 to about 230. Stayed at 226-230 for about 3-4 weeks. Then started to clean up the diet and add cardio. My metablolism is really good, the kind fat people hate to see people have. I can eat whatever I want and don't tend to gain any bad weight from it. Can drop weight to cut up pretty quick and gain pretty good too, if eating and working out hard. Today I weighed myself and I weighed 223. I am really starting to look really hard and cut up. People keep saying man your getting bigger everyday, when actually I'm droppping weight slowly. So I plan to stay anywhere between 215-220 for the summer. That's probably my most strongest weight, I seem to lift good and feel really in shape around there and when I'm cut up more. Hopefully I can still put up 225 on the bench 20 times at that weight. If so I'll be happy. Then come November I am gonna bulk back up a little.

Oh and a trainer at the gym today asked me how much I weighed and I told him. He was shocked. He said for sure he thought I was well over 235. I guess I just cleaned up good and gained some good muscle density.

Thats awesome man. I like seeing fellow 6 footer + guys on here with crazy metabolisms like myself. Its good to see I'm not the only crazy one trying to fill out a tall frame, not that my 6'1" is ultra tall or anything but it tends to be more of a struggle. Just gotta keep pounding those heavy weights and lotsa .
