Well I def. won't take any critiquing the wrong way. So feel free. I know my lower back could use some serious dead lifts and I could widen out my upper back some more. My chest is pretty wide and good I feel. Shoulders and traps are def big enough to make other things look smaller, haha. Basically I feel good where I am at, now it's just keep doing cardio to lower BF and see some serious abs pop out, and some vascularity. Don't really wanna gain too much more. Don't wanna have to buy all new clothes

Any gains I make from hear on out will be all lean quality muscle gains. I did go from 208 to 225. Which is good. But making that much weight quality was hard and dedicated work. Now it's just slight tweaks and changes to slowly and surely gains just lean muscle and keep and tight physique.
