thanks kaboom, i agree with what your saying regarding the lower half of my back it needs to be thicker,its just old injuries are slowing down my progress i still dead lift but not heavy enough to stimulate grow,im now nearly fully recoverd from my back injury and have started doing alot of deadlifting heavy enough to stimulate growth,wide grip barbell rows,t bar rows,seated rows
