Right now about 212-215lbs depending on the day. Aiming for 205 3%!!!

1.Click "post reply"
2. Click on "Manage Attachments" (This will bring up a box, if you have a pop up blocker on and it blocks it you might have to enable pop ups for this site.)
3. Click on "Browse" (from here you will be able to search your computer and select the picture you would like to post.)
4. After you are done adding pictures press "upload" depending on the picture size this might take a couple mins. Most forum users resize their pictures to 640x480 before uploading.
5. After its done uploading scroll down in the box and click on "Close this window".
6. You can now click on "Submit Reply" and grab a cold one...

Yea, the image is a bit smaalll, but its ok. Im really happy with my back I'm 17 and it was the first thing that grew like mad when i started lifting

Here is tho, afraid im not very toned (rugby doesnt allow for crazy low-fat and calorie diets yet) but am startin to cut now (due to rugby fitness!)
Plus only been training my back properly for a little over 5months (previously just encorporated it into other sessions (i.e. a lat pulldown here and there) now it has its one little workout space and everything!!)

Dude for 19 your back looks great man, keep it up! Try finding the bottom of your rib cage for hand placment on rear lat spread.
