For the most part all of ur pix look the same, except for the first one. Your arms look smallest in the first pic.

Was your goal to bulk or cut?

yeah they look pretty similar except for the first one you were smaller how s your diet and training been???

Well now i not doing a diet only balanced meals, my training are with intense reps and weigth, for low the body fat and build more muscle mass
