BF: 10%

Nice quads, delts, traps and arms, definitely need to work on those calves, your back width and also your chest.

What's your current bf%? do you do any forearm work?

I don't know if its the angle but on your 1st and 3rd pic the arms look smaller or not as thick.

you have good size man and good quads traps shoulders and tris. like blitz said work on the bis and lats. make those wings pop baby. but you look good man.

i don't do specific exercices for forarms no ... and yeah my calves are gay ! And for my BF is something around 10% actually.

Mon: chest, tri's
Tue: back, bi's
Wed: off
Thu: shoulders, traps
Fri: off
Sat: legs
Sun: off

Tue: Legs
Wed: Back, shoulder, tricep
thu : legs
Fri : Pecs, back, biceps
Sat: Off

You look fantastic for your age man. Tres bon!

Keep progressing through the weights at the gym and at some point, try getting your bf% lower. It's amazing the difference bodyfat levels make!

I don't want to suggest changing your program/diet since it looks like it's working well for you

u look great for ur ages, and to have good legs at ur age is incredible, i wud say ur chest is wer u need to improve the most, but it'll all come in time, wats ur diet like?

actually i stopped my intense diet now i'm eating pretty much 3 times a day or 4 ... So i can cut a little.

Now my diet looks like :

1- protein shake, eggs ( if im not too lazy)

2- turkey sandwiches

3- chicken,chicken and chicken

4-chicken ( i work in a chicken restaurant :P )

Actually i have to work more on my diet, i'll do that during the summer ... My previous diet was reallly good though, 6 meals a day everything was set up by the dude who trains me.

good thighs ,stick to the big three deads bench and squats but a bit more calf work wouldnt hurt

What have you been doing for your chest so far, I see youve been hitting chest twice a week so it may be your chest has beem getting overworked. I wouldnt worry to much everyone has a hard time with their chest, its just about finding out what works best and sticking to it.

Great job aswell, your legs and back are amazing for someone your age
