3 months of training

Hey,finally i can post some pictures..the phone required a software for being able to transfer pictures from it to the computer,and that was like 50$...

2 of the pictures are really weird,the phone's self timer is 5 seconds as longest and i needed something to hold it steady to.

Trained for around 3 months,

Turned out 16 for 1 & a half month ago.
Start Weight: 151 lbs
Currently: 170 lbs

19lbs is very solid gaining and you don't look like you've gained a lot of fat. All credit to ya!

Well i guess it's beacuse i've only trained around 3 months..

If i ask like this,is this approved for 3 months of training? - Or could i've done alot better?

Its real good for 3 months! we cant reall test that cus we dont know what u looked like before, good job though
