Hey guys, okay so my family just got a video camera (only plays videos). So now I can take the pictures out from the video. Of course, I get the camera after the BBD transformation contest started. -_- What are the chances, haha.
Anyway, here are some pics from today.









Don't mind my ugly face, haha.

Anyway, I'm about 138 pounds in these pics which is lighter than my previous set of pics.

I'll upload the video from these pics later.

Oh, and here's a video of me wrestling today after working out.
My friend that I wrestled is actually on the team so he's experienced, I'm not at all. I think I might actually join next school year, how do you think I'll do?

My main goals for now are to maintain my physique and putting on some muscle without having to bulk. I am trying to stay in shape year-round to do well in wrestling for next year. Hopefully, I can reach 145+ pounds by the time next school year starts without putting on fat.
I also need to bring out the definition in my legs, it just doesn't seem to be coming.
These are my current lifts that I did at 136-138 pounds.
Bench- 225
Deadlift- 325
Squat- ass to grass is 245 and bench squats is 315 for 7 reps.

Currently, I'm doing an upper body/lower body split
Monday: upper
Tuesday: lower
Wednesday: rest
Thursday: upper
Friday: lower

For upper:
Flat bench press 2 x 6-8
Incline bench press 2 x 6-8
Weighted wide-grip pull ups 2 x as many as I can
T-bar rows or bent-over barbell rows 2 x 8-10
overhead shoulder press 2 x 7-10
lateral raises 2 x 10
barbell/ez bar curls or preacher curls 1 x 10
close-grip bench press 1 x 4-8
dumbbell triceps extensions 1 x 8-10
pull-overs 1 x 15, 1 x 6-10

For lower:
a2g squats or bench squats 4 x 3-8
leg extensions 4 x 10, 2 sets toes point out, 2 sets toes point in
RDLs or leg curls 4 x 6-8
leg press 2 x 10

As for my diet, I am not following any diet. I just usually eat breakfast, lunch, post WO, and a few meals afterwards now. Some days I'll eat heavy, some days I'll eat light.

lol..i love the smile on your tricep pose....lookin good ( the tricep )

constructive critisism....when doing your most muscular pose with the hands on ur hips...it looks like u r trying to flex ur traps....i beleive ur suppose to be flexing ur full front and ur wings instead of front and ur traps.

Thanks for the tip, bro. This was taken out of a video so there were some random faces, lol. Same with the hands on hips most muscular. Most of these poses were done wrong because it was hard to get a good angle. Such as the side triceps pose, I angled it to show the triceps only even though that's not how you do the pose. With the hands on hips, though, I just didn't realize I was hitting it wrong.

By far your strongest points are conditioning and triceps. I honestly think you could compete and actually win in a competion. At your age its unbelievable what you've accomplished already. Rarely do you see somebody with your combo of size and conditioning with striations in your chest.... thats just unreal. Keep up the good work

Means a lot, thanks. i just got to bring up some weak points, my rear deltoids, calves, legs overall, and a bit more upper chest. I think I can bring these parts up to par in about a year or so. So once I'm 18ish I think I'll compete.
