Hey i haven't been able to lift in like 4 months, thats why I haven't been on this sight in a while. I took some pics and uploaded them here pics of me, im 15 and just started to lift like 4/5 months ago. NOw heres me today. My legs have gotten smaller but I actually gained weight. So tell me my strengths and me weaknesses. Thanks.

The 3 Steps in Bodybuilding
1st-You are too fat or two thin,so you are sick of yourself and you start to train.
After getting normal you go to lvl2.
2nd-You do it for the girls or boys, depending on your sex.
After doing this successfully, if you have the balls you will try LEVEL3,on which are guys like Kevin L,Ronnie C,Jay C,Victor M, etc.
These guys dont care about attracting girls!

Hey, haven't seen you around bro.
You're looking much better! Triceps are insane. Gymnasts usually have pretty sick triceps.
So obviously, your biggest strong point is your triceps. You have pretty good arms overall. More size to the chest and more width to the back, though.

Keep it up.

I turned 16 in febuary, and I weigh 138lbs

how tall are you? you need to fill up. you got a peak in your biceps. back needs width and thickness. also your chest and delts. I would say overall need more mass.

Thats my goal. its not like i just train my arms, i train everything just about the same. but it seems like just my arms and shoulders grow.
