Your growth plates will close so you cant grow anymore, You can become sterile and it will peak you natural test levels which normally happens at 21-23 so your natural test will never be that high. Im pretty sure theres more but thats all i know

Yup, not really a problem if your happy with your height though but its still something to take into consideration if planning on doing a cycle.
