I measure about 3 inchs bigger everywhere, when i started 3 months ago my arms were, 13 1/4, there 16 1/4 now an inch a month, I think is GOOD? :)

Money permitting I would like to keeping WO, I would like to see 18 inch arms by end of summer..

anyways..

cuz of the 3rd pic down. looks like u don't have a leg on the left

also, u need delt work. ur traps are dwindling other things and it's looking a lil out of proportion

try to take pictures of the same pose, its hard for me to tell a difference. arms do look bigger though.

Thanks for all the input, but as of now i have to put BB on the back burner.
Money is really tite, with me being out of work. So I will try to Wo without the Sups and see what happens, I will have to tone down my Wos Huge,
Or i will be sore for 3 days after :) LOL.
