Yah, I've seen Mr. Olympia pics, and all their abs are really wide, mine are thin and tall, how do I fix that?

So, will I ever have decent abs? Do you think it to be wise to go into the gym and do bench and squat and not have a spotter?

Define decent abs.

Yes it's alright to bench and squat without a spotter, if you plan on going to failure just ask someone who's around.

I wouldnt call Mr olympias abs decent most of them guys abs suck anyway.

Will I ever be able to see the cuts in them? Also when I was doing my military presses my shirt came up and my abs where flexed more then I can usually difine them, naturally it peaked my interest so I flex and maneuvered in front of the mirror and noticed that my top abs where making sort of the shape of the symbol on he key just below your ESC key, is that natural?
