4 1\2 MONTHS AGO I WEIGHED 176 . IN THESE PICS I'AM 202. MY GOAL IS 225 IN AUG. THEN START MY CUT DOWN FOR MY SHOW IN NOV. IN LOUISVILLE KY.

november is right down the road so keep working hard, its paying off. calves look good but work your quads a little more, size is getting there, but work on low rep high weight to get some more size. front double bi looks good.

Looking good bro, I agree with Kirk work on those wheels go as low and as heavy as you can when doing squats......It works wonders, also throw in some rest pause on the leg press, it burns like hell but is def. worth it.
You could also use a little mor width on your back.
