Bulk From 151lbs to 171lbs (6 months)

Hey guys, well I'm finished my bulking cycle and it took a whopping 6 months. I don't think it would have taken so long if my diet was more strict, but whats done is done. I didnt get much bigger at all, maybe a little, but most of it was filling in the little spots inside my joints and whatnot. I've completed 2 out of my 4 goals which isnt the best, but not the worst either. Anyway here are some compared pictures, the ones on the left is 6 months ago, and the right side is now. A few more at the bottem are now as well. Feel free to critique.

BF: 10-12%?? estimating

I'm going on a cutting phase for a while, getting abs, and getting everything leaner. Then back to bulking.

Not a bad bulk at all bro.20 lbs and you didnt gain alot of fat so thats good.I say you are somewhere between 11-12 % bF.Look like you gained some quality size.Are you thru with the bulk cause you want to lean for the summer or just cause.

Summer is my main reason, and also i think it's just healthier for my body to go though the phases

Good job bro you definitely gained size, as well as some body fat. Don't worry you definitely have improved so keep going hard. Interesting to see what you look like after your cut.

looks like your arms got a sh*tload bigger

everything appears bigger

your arms stand out the most to me

i'm close to your stature 5'9" 176lbs and i started my bulk in December. Wish i would've taken pictures when i started but i will take some in a few weeks before i switch to my Cut. I seem to be gaining more BF than you though haha, did you do a log on here of your bulk???

thanks dude! and no unfortunately i didnt make a log, but im thinking about making one, it's just that i will have trouble updating it everyday lol

i'd have to say u could use some more mass on the legs, but that'll come in time.

other than that I'd think about stripping that goatee off, but that's just me. haha
