Took about 3 months off for a medical problem so this is me after about 2 weeks back in the gym. I have suffered partial bicep tears in both arms in the past no surgery required. I weigh about 190lbs in this pic and I'm 6 foot tall.

How did you manage to get a tear in both biceps man.No offense but you dont look like you would be curling hundreds of pounds or anything.I know you can tear other ways.Im just being nosey.

1 Tear happend when I was on vacation with friends. My one friend jumped on my back and I put him in a torture rack type thing and he locked his legs and arms onto my arms and pulled back. The other tear happend in 9th grade when I was trying to curl a 50lb dumbell and only weighed 135lbs I GOT IT UP THOUGH LITTLE BASTARD!
