Mainly mass, i wanna get up to 170 lean, in the pics im 165 lean at 5'10, my long term goal would be 200lbs if i were to do a proper bulk

One thing i need to improve on is my Bicep peak, arm size overall and sholder width! Im reallhy happy with my chest and back!
